Cumin and mustard seeds

1tspSpice blend of fennel seeds
1tbspOlive oil
1Dry chili
2.5cmFresh minced ginger
4tbspCane sugar
4-5Fresh or dried figs, each cut into 4 both
500gThe tomatoes cut in small pieces

To prepare the Fig-tomato chutney recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a frying pan. When it is hot, be complied with chili, ginger, spice blend and garlic in the pan. Stir for a few seconds, and add tomatoes and sugar. The right cooker on low heat without a lid for about 15 minutes until the juice from the tomatoes is almost gone, and the mass has a thick consistency. Add the figs, and let the Court simmer another 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold. If you use dried figs, these must be added at the same time with the tomatoes.
