Ingredients for Fiery chops

Freshly ground pepper
Good oil or butter for frying
Salt
1Orange: juice
1lJuices
1Lime into thin slices
1Melon in thin both
1tbspPaprika
125gFresh spinach leaves
2Fennel divided into 6-8 pieces
2largeSquash split lengthwise and cut into thick slices
3Large onion into broad slices
4Pork chops
4Tomatoes in narrow boats

Instructions for Fiery chops

To prepare the Fiery chops recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the chops with salt and pepper and brune with good heat 2-3 min. On each side of a pot.

The onions are easy. Tomatoes, squash, fennel, lime, vegetable juice and peppers are added. Place the chops on top of the vegetable mixture.
The dish is cooked at low heat for approx. 25 min.
Season well with salt and pepper.

Serving: Tastes well with melon dripped with orange juice and fresh spinach leaves seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked rice.
