1.25dlVegetable stock
1.25dlWhite wine
100gPine kernel
2cloveGarlic-pressed

250gMushrooms-fintsnittede
250gGreen beans
280gFettucine
3dlCream
3tbspFresh basil-chopped
40g-Sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips
50gFreshly grated parmesan

Instructions for Fettucine with mushrooms cream and green beans

To prepare the Fettucine with mushrooms cream and green beans recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roast pine kernels on a dry pan. Boil fettucinen in a large saucepan, drain and keep warm. Make the beans into a position and cut them into smaller pieces. Sauté onion and garlic in oil in 3 min. Saute champignongerne with in 1 min. Pour wine, cream and broth in the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 min. Whisk the egg lightly together in a mixing bowl. While that still stir, add a few spoonfuls of the boiling sauce. Then pour the egg mixture into the Pan and stir thoroughly. Then do not boil the sauce, so will the egg coagulate. Add the beans, pine Siskin, Basil and tomatoes and warm it all through. Season with salt and pepper. The pasta is poured up in hot plates and the sauce is distributed on top. Decorating with planed parmesan.
