1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
1.7 | dl | Cream |
2 | slices | Bacon, diced |
2 | clove | Garlic |

250 | g | Small mushrooms, sliced |
30 | g | Butter |
35 | g | Parmesan cheese, for serving |

Trim the chicken meat to grease and cut the meat into thin strips. Heat oil and butter in a thick frying pan, add the chicken meat and simmer for moderate heat for 3 minutes or until it is browned. Add bacon, garlic and mushrooms and let it boil for 2 minutes, with frequent stirring.
Add the wine and let it boil halfway. Add cream and spring onion and let it boil. Mix a leveling of flour and water, put on the pan and stir until the mixture boils and becomes thick. Turn down the heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
