Ingredients for Feta Nails

Brushed with egg or sprinkled with flour
0.5tspSalt
100gCrumbled feta
2tbspOil
2tspOregano
25gYeast
4tbspMinced parsley
4dlLukewarm water
400gWheat flour (or 300 g wheat flour 100 g and Grahams)

Instructions for Feta Nails

To prepare the Feta Nails recipe, please follow these instructions:

DEJ: The yeast dissolves in the water.
Oil, salt and flour are stirred in.
Bring the dough well through.
Let it rise for about ½ hour.

FYLD: Stir feta, parsley and oregano together.

SAMLES: Pour the dough into an elongate plate about 30x18 cm.
Distribute the filling on the dough about 1 cm from the edge.
The dough is rolled together on the long joint and cut out like snails.
Place them on a baking sheet.
Repeat them for about 15 minutes.
