To prepare the Fennel salad with salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fennel is rinsed and the root is cut off. The leaves are peeled and cut into thin strips. Saved the fine twigs for decoration.
For marinade mix in a bowl; Lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper and olive oil.
The orange is cut completely free from the shell and fillets cut free. The orange juice is stored and arrived in the marinade. Fennel and orange fillets arrive in the marinade and pull for 15 minutes.
