Ingredients for Fast sunflower (without yeast)
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Sunflower kernels |
1/2 | l | Milk or water |
175 | g | Rye flour or other flour |
2 | tbsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Chopped sunflower seeds |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
20 | g | Melted butter for brushing |
475 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Fast sunflower (without yeast)
To prepare the Fast sunflower (without yeast) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl Add oil, sunflower seeds and milk and stir the dough together put some flour on the hands and squeeze the dough into a small pan. Divide the dough with a knife for about 24 pieces. Brush the loaves with melted butter and sprinkle sunflower seeds. Bake at 225 degrees for 15-17 minutes, on the bottom groove.
Bring the loaves apart and serve them freshly baked.
