Instructions for Ezekielbrød
To prepare the Ezekielbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Have water, oil, honey and yeast in a bowl. Stir together and leave for 5 minutes. Mix grains and beans together and mill it on a mill / grinder. Mix this with yeast and salt. Stir well for 10 minutes. Pour the dough into 2 oblong breads laid in greased breadcrumbs. Then set to rise for about 1 hour until it reaches the top of the molds.
