Ingredients for Empanadas 02

0.5 | tsp | Salt |
1 | Finhakket garlic clove | |
1 | Minced garlic | |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | Red pepper, diced | |
1 | dl | Tomato puree |
2 | dl | Wholemeal flour |
200 | g | Beef |
3 | dl | Lukewarm |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Alm. wheat flour |
Instructions for Empanadas 02
To prepare the Empanadas 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough:
Crumble yeast into the water. Then add the remaining ingredients from the yeast dough BUT MAKE THE MELET. Serve it with a hand knife until the dough does not stick. Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
FILL:
Meat, oil and onions are switched in a pan until the meat is grayed approx. Five min. The other ingredients are added. Let the filling boil through before pouring onto a plate and refrigerating.
Distribute the fill of the eight dough pieces so that one half can fold over the other. Finally brush the "half-moon" with together whipped egg. Put the bread in the oven and turn it on 225 degrees C and let them bake for 25 minutes.
