To prepare the Eggs in mustard sauce and bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake the bacon on a dry pan. Put it on greasy paper. Stir the mustard powder into a little water and let it take a few minutes. Melt the butter in a thickened pot, stir the flour and allow it to spin while stirring. Sprinkle slowly with milk, still stirring. Let the sauce cook for a couple of minutes and season with salt, pepper and the mustarded mustard powder. Put the still hot eggs in a hot bowl, pour the sauce over and sprinkle bacon on top.
