Ingredients for Easy spiced cake with white
0.5 | tsp | Nutmeg |
1 | tbsp | Cinnamon, ground |
1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
2 | tsp | Ginger, crushed |
2 | tsp | Cloves, bruised |
3.3 | dl | Dark hvidtøl |
400 | g | Brown sugar |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Easy spiced cake with white
To prepare the Easy spiced cake with white recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brush a small baking pan ca. 23x33 cm. with butter and sprinkle the insides with fintsigtet bread crumbs.
Mix the flour with soda and spices. Stir in half of the beer in, and whip it to a klumtfri jævning (easiest with electric hand whips). Add the rest of the beers, and finally farinen in tubes.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake it in the oven at 170 deg C in the middle. alm. oven, the cake has been baked, 50-60 minutes.

Tips:
