150 | g | Butter |
2 | Isinglass, leaves | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Whole milk |
500 | g | Strawberries, fresh |
Instructions for Earthbearing II
To prepare the Earthbearing II recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is crumbled in the flour, the sugar is added and the dough is gathered with light hand. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a cool place (not the fridge). Roll out the dough to match a pie shape (24 cm in diameter). Cover the mold with the dough and pinch it firmly all the way around the edge. Place the pie in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle shelf and baked for 25 min. Keep in mind that it does not get too brown.
Let the bottom cool.
Distribute the cake cream to the bottom of the cold pie. Take a few strawberries from. Mash these in a saucepan and add the water. Add sugar and allow to boil. Rinse the husblas in water and add it to the warm "strawberry water". Allow liquid to cool. Place strawberries in the middle of the pie and finally pour strawberries into the water, which eventually becomes yellow.
Enjoy creme fraiche or whipped cream.
