1 | dl | Macro breadcrumbs |
150 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | tbsp | Red currant jelly |
400 | g | Fresh or frosende strawberries |
50 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Earthbearing I
To prepare the Earthbearing I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is crumbled in the flour, the sugar is added and the dough is gathered with light hand. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a cool place (not the fridge).
Roll out the dough to match a pie shape (24 cm in diameter). Cover the mold with the dough and pinch it firmly all the way around the edge. Place the pie in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle shelf and baked for 25 min.
Take out the pie, leave it in the mold until it is almost cold.
Gently turn the pie and put it on a serving dish. Distribute the chips to the bottom and put the strawberries on. The pie is coated with rib cheeses, which are lukewarmly fluffy.
Served with whipped cream.
