250 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + |
250 | g | Ham strips, cooked |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
450 | g | Cottage cheese. 20 + |
Instructions for Double-decker pizza nail
To prepare the Double-decker pizza nail recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix yeast and water together
Add oil and cottage cheese stir well together.
Add salt, grahamsmel, durum flour and wheat flour
Let it rise for a day around the kitchen
Beat the dough on a table and split the dough into two.
Roll two large elongate four edges approx. 80x40 cm.
The one square is lubricated with pesto and filled with ham, cheese and oregano.
The other is placed on top and lubricated with tomato paste.
Roll the four edge lengthwise and cut into snails.
Let the snails rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 180 g for 15 min.
tips:
Can replace ham with chicken Add possibly. Olives, onions or anything else in the snails.
