Instructions for Digged trout
To prepare the Digged trout recipe, please follow these instructions:
You fill the fish, it may be a reasonable sized fish. Put the 2 fillets in a frying pan or a tray with edges, you can also lay them in a cloth (dishcloth). The fish must lie downside down. The fillets are sprinkled with round hand with powdered sugar, sugar, crushed dill, coarse salt, white pepper, celery powder and finally green dill. The fish must now stand for a couple of days in the refrigerator and are otherwise ready for serving.
Served with eg. Crustaceans and asparagus.
