To prepare the Digged halibut recipe, please follow these instructions:

First find a suitable form for the fish eg. A gratin or a flat bowl.

Sprinkle salt and sugar and rub it well into the fish, sprinkle fennel over. Bring the dish well into the foil and style it in the fridge for 2 days.


Now scrape salt and fennel, this is done with a knife. Sprinkle with dried dill.

The fish is now ready to slice in very thin slices, nestled with a salmon knife.
