50 | g | Grated cheese, mozzarella 45 + |

Instructions for Devonshire chicken
To prepare the Devonshire chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oven preheated to 180 degrees c. alm. oven.
The chicken is split into 4. Turn over the chicken pieces in flour and Brown lightly in a pan m. butter.
Potatoes and onions cut into slices and half placed in a heat-proof platter and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
The chicken pieces are added on, after which the next layer potatoes and onions are added on top. 1 cup warm broth and 1 cup white wine (English cider/Penshurst off-road cycle track other fresh white wine can also be used) poured over. The whole braiseres in one hour in the oven, covered.
The oven is now produced at 200 degrees c. alm. oven cheese poured over and right braiseres even 1/2 hour without lid until cheese is brown.
Sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
