1 | dl | Lukewarm water |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | dl | Soy flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Junket (room temperature) |
50 | g | Yeast |
8 | dl | Grahams |
Instructions for Danish grahambread
To prepare the Danish grahambread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in the dumplings. Pour the water over and stir until the yeast is dissolved. Add thick milk and oil and then salt, soy flour and graham flour. Stir and knead the dough well and mix the wheat flour into small portions at a time. Raises to barely double size or for approx. 45 min. Pour the dough onto the baking table and knead the rest of the flour. Form it into two smooth loaves. Lay them across a baking sheet covered with baking paper or in a frying pan. Raises for approx. 30 min. Make possible A couple of slices in the bread with a sharp knife. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200ยบ for approx. 30 min.
