Instructions for Daimtærte
To prepare the Daimtærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Smash and grind the almonds to the cake bottom. Whip 4 egg whites stiff. Turn 2 dl sugar, almonds and flour in.
Wipe the dough into a greased spring shape with a diameter of approx. 24 cm. Put it in the oven and the back.
Let it cool in the mold before the bottom is taken out and cool completely on a baker.
Chop the 57 g of Daim fine. Whip the 4 egg yolks and 1 dl sugar porous. Whip the cream and turn it into the egg yolks. Save a little chopped Daim to the decor and turn the rest into the cream. Wide the dough over the pie and put it in the freezer for 1½ hours.
Decorate with the chopped chopped Daim and Kiwi cut into slices and chocolate.
Bake at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30 minutes.
