Instructions for Dadelis with Mint
To prepare the Dadelis with Mint recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove the stones from the dates, chop them coarsely and cook them with sugar and water for 10 minutes. Blend the mass to a pure and cool it down. Whip date mass together for it is light and airy.
Whip the cream stiff and turn it in the date the mass along with the stiftpiskede egg whites. Make small cones of greaseproof paper, fill the ice and freeze them in approximately 24 hours.
Before serving the paper gently taken by the ice, which is then made on a plate with the tip upwards.
Served with mint and fresh berries.
