To prepare the Cutlets in dish 21 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the onions and season them.
Brown chops. (Or tenderloin pieces)
Place onions and chops / sirloin pieces in an ovenproof dish.
Mix the cream, pure, salt and pepper and pour it into the chops.
Add if necessary. 1 can of peeled tomatoes el. mushroom
Fill if necessary. Up with milk so it almost covers.
Place in preheated oven for 1 hour at 175 degrees.
Serve with boiled rice.
