125 | g | Syrup |
250 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
65 | g | Coarsely chopped almonds |
Instructions for Cut Brown cakes
To prepare the Cut Brown cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter, sugar and syrup to the boil. Potash, udrørt in 1 tbsp. hot water is added, and gradually stir spices and almonds in. When the mass is fairly cold kneaded flour in the dough is shaped into sausage and made cold (not in the refrigerator, it can get the dough to crumble).
After some hours or next day cut batter into paper thin slices.
Bake on greased sheet at 160-170 degrees c. alm. oven in 8-10 minutes.
