To prepare the Crushed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potatoes boil approx. 25 minutes, so in principle they are cooked.
Mash them in a frying pan lubricated with olive oil with eg. A fork so they break, but do not go completely apart.
Brush the potatoes with olive oil and chopped rosemary.
Do not be close to the oil.
Salt the potatoes and behind 200 gr. For 25 minutes.
Brush or spray with apple vinegar before serving.
The potatoes can withstand a lot more vinegar than you would think so maybe you do not get the taste right in the first try, but when the dose is good, the taste is heavenly.
