Instructions for Creamy Romain Salad
To prepare the Creamy Romain Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the root of the salad and pick the leaves apart. Bring plenty of well-salted water to boil and blanch the salad leaves shortly. Pour the water off and rinse the leaves in very cold water. Let them drip off. Pil onion as well as garlic and chop it very nicely. Melt the butter in a pan and cook onion as well as garlic. Cut the salad leaves into 2 cm wide strips. Bring them to the saucepan and steam it easily. Pour the cream on. Season with pepper as well as fried mushrooms and steam under lid at high heat 3-4 minutes. Rinse and dry the tomatoes. Divide them into quarters, cut out the flower and remove the nuclei. Cut tomato meat into small tern. Put the Romanian salad in a bowl and sprinkle the tomatoes over. Served for egg dishes.
