Instructions for Cream stewed cabbage

To prepare the Cream stewed cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the cabbage into quarters lengthwise and remove the stick part the so in smaller piece and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes and drain in a sieve let the cabbage.

Melt the butter and stir it together with the flour. An infant with cream and possibly a bit of wetness from the cabbage. Let the gravy boil thoroughly.

Turn the cabbage in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Server with new boiled potatoes.
