To prepare the Cream soup with shrimps and Ocean Gourmet recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onion chopped finely and FRY in a little oil when it is golden, add the white wine, and it reduces by half. Then add cream and fish broth and soup cooked in for approx. 1 litre and smoothed over with corn flour e. l. until it is lightly creamy. Then add Ocean Gourmet, shrimp and minced chives.
