Instructions for Cream buns 03
To prepare the Cream buns 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Chocolate and palms are melted into a water bath in a small bowl. The frother houses are brushed inside with the liquid chocolate.
2. Egg whites, sugar and vanilla are mixed in a rounded bowl that can withstand heat. Place the bowl over a water bath (a saucepan with a little water that is kept in a boil without boiling boil) and whip until it has become white, firm and airy. Calculate approx. 5 min.
3. Distribute the mass into the casing houses using a sprayed bag with a spun tulle. Put the waffles in the refrigerator until they are cooled.
4. Dip the stuffed waffles in melted chocolate and dry them if necessary. With coconut flour.
Tip: If the waffles are to be eaten immediately, do not brush them inside with chocolate, but if they are left for a few days, they will be soft if you brush the brush over.
