Instructions for Courgette cream soup
To prepare the Courgette cream soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the ends of the courgetterne and halve them, scrape the seeds out and boxes them.
Courgetterne, onions and potatoes cut into cubes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Sauter courgetterne and onions without Brown.
Added potatoes and water and bouillon cube.
Let the soup boil approximately 10-15 my.
The soup is blended ad 2-3 times (fill the Blender to max in the middle of the)
The soup provided a rehash, season with salt and white pepper.
Just before serving, add whipping cream.
