250 | g | 5-kornsblanding |
4 | dl | Buttermilk |
4 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Becel liquid |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Core horn
To prepare the Core horn recipe, please follow these instructions:
5-kornsblanding and water boil for a few minutes, then stir butter-milk in.
When the mixture is cooled to hand warm,
dissolve the yeast in it.
The other ingredients are added, then sifted wheat flour in a little at a time and the dough is kneaded until it is uniform. Made withdrawals on a warm place for about 3/4 hour uncovered.
Beat the dough together and share it into four equal parts, which are formed into balls and rests approximately 2 min. Each ball rolled out in a circle with a diameter of ca. 30 cm.
Share each circle into 8 equal parts, which rolled together from the wide end to the horn of Africa. Tip of dough should end at the bottom. The horns after raises covered in about 3/4 hour.
Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Bake at 220 degrees (hot air 200 degrees) for about 16 minutes on oven Middle slot.
