Instructions for Cook with medists
To prepare the Cook with medists recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel potatoes, slice them into smaller pieces and put them in a pan with finely chopped potatoes. Put the sausage upstairs (dot a little with a needle).
Season the dish with salt, pepper and bay leaves. Pour water or broth to half pasted. Boiled approx. 20 minutes, turn the sausage once during cooking.
Cut the sausage into thin slices and put them in the pan again. Mix carefully. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper.
