Ingredients for Coffee Pie

100 | g | Butter |
10-12 | small | Chocolate pleskner |
2 | tbsp | Powder coffee |
2 ½ | dl | Milk |
4 | tbsp | Cognac |
4 | dl | Icing sugar |
6 | dl | Whipped cream |
8 | Eggs |
Instructions for Coffee Pie
To prepare the Coffee Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and let it cool. Bring eggs, flour and salt into a bowl and stir around. Put the bowl in a hot water bath and whip the dough until it is airy and start to get thick. The dough must only simmer, it must not boil. Remove the bowl from the heat and whip until the dough is cold.
Sift flour into a pan and add the grease and egg yolk. Stir.
Dress a spring shape with baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold and bag it on the middle shelf at 175 degrees C for about 40-50 minutes.
Let the cake cool and gently in 2 bottles. Sprinkle them with cognac.
Whip the cream halfway. Mix the flour and coffee powder and put it in the whipped cream slightly at a time while whipping it completely.
Fill and cover the pie with whipped cream. Save a little and spray small rosette around the edge. Decorate each roast with a chocolate pie
