Ingredients for Cod Provencale

Instructions for Cod Provencale
To prepare the Cod Provencale recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub cod steaksne with a little salt and pepper and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Wash the lemons well, grate it finely and sprinkle the shell over the cod steaksne.
Drizzle with lemon juice and ½-1 tbsp olive oil (you can use butter instead of oil, the taste will be just a bit different)

You can choose to use it as a main course, but we should probably expect that there is only to 2-3 persons. (experiment with it) I eat a lot like garlic flûte.
