Instructions for Cod fillet with beer
To prepare the Cod fillet with beer recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions are chopped and lightly sliced in butter without coloring. Add 4 dl of beer and cook to half.
Cod sticks, about 2 cm thick, are turned into flour. Butter is melted on a forehead and the cod sticks are shortened, so they just color on each side.
Then they are put in a refractory dish and covered with the onions, the beer cloud and the chopped corcichons and lemon slices without kernels.
The dish is seasoned with salt, pepper and a little grated muskat. Additional moisture is poured by half cream and half beer, but not so much that it covers.
The dish is covered with stanniol and the cod is boiled in the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices.
