Instructions for Coconut Muffins
To prepare the Coconut Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar are whipped together well.
Nuts and chocolate are chopped and mixed with the other ingredients. The dough is well mixed together.
The dough must be so firm that it can be gathered into small balls. Each ball is placed in a paper form. If the dough is too lind, add a little more coconut flour.
The paper molds are put on a baking sheet and the baked cookies are baked in the oven at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven for 15 - 20 minutes until light brown.
