To prepare the Coconut Fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring coconut milk to boil. Soak the house blend in cold water for 3-4 min. Turn the water off and stir the house in the coconut milk. Whip egg yolks and sugar together and whip the boiling coconut milk. Let the cream cool off. Whip the cream to the foam and turn it into the cold cream. Pour into a mold and put in the refrigerator.
