Whip egg and sugar frothy, blend baking powder and flour and add the flour alternately with milk. Stir the melted and battered butter in the end. Bring the dough in a well-ground, flour spring form and bag it on the bottom groove in the oven at 200 degrees about 30 minutes. Mix all the engrediens to the tosca in a thickened saucepan and cook it quickly. Spread the mass in a smooth layer over the cake when it is almost baked, put the cake in the oven again for about 10 minutes until it has a nice golden color. Let the cake cool on a bag.
