Instructions for Coarse Salmon Cake with Chilli

To prepare the Coarse Salmon Cake with Chilli recipe, please follow these instructions:

The two flour types are mixed together in a bowl, after which the butter is mixed into the mixture, similar to the grated cheese.
Then mix a half of buttermilk in and the dough is kneaded until it is round and continuous and then put in the refrigerator in the min. 30 minutes.

The salmon is laid in a marinade of the juice from a ½ lemon, chilli cut into coarse pieces as well as salt and pepper. Please let the salmon pull mine. 2 hours

The dough is now taken out and rolled out on a floured table, after which it is adapted to a pie shape of approx. 24 cm.
Punch the dough into the dough with a fork after which it is put to rest approx. 15 min.
When the dough has rested the second time, brush it with egg white from one egg and bake in a 200 degree oven for 10 minutes, after which it is cooled on the kitchen table.

The salmon is taken out of the marinade and cut into the tern.
Now melt a stick butter on a pan after which the salmon and marinade are turned over and fry for approx. 3-5 minutes until the salmon has a more pink color.

The remaining buttermilk and the eggs are whipped together in a bowl with a fork. Then add the other ingredients, such as salmon fillet, strip cut spring onions and asparagus, lemon milks, caryenne pepper and almond pepper and salt.
This mixture is poured into the baked pie and baked at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Served with Avocado in both, this gives the dish an added freshness. Enjoy the refreshments
