Instructions for Citrus sandwich on grill
To prepare the Citrus sandwich on grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the pork tenderloin as follows:
The first cut is laid along the entire length of the breadcrumbs. Then open the tenderloin by placing 2 slices in each inside of the tenderloin. This has to be understood so that in the first cut you make 2 more slices on the inside of the tenderloin.
Then the meat is spread out. Mix the bread with chopped lemon balm, garlic and onions. Then the bacon wraps the bacon and wraps it all with cotton thread.
The meat is grilled on all sides on a hot hot grill. Like closed grill, but not a necessity.
Potatoes are cleaned and boiled while grilling the sirloin.
Rucola salad picked, walnuts, cherry tomatoes are chopped roughly and mixed to a salad.
Velgrilled tenderloin served with freshly baked potatoes with parsley butter, salad and hot flute.
A light red wine is served here. Not too heavy and heavy, as in my private opinion, it removes a little of the summer atmosphere from this summer.
