1000 | g | Potatoes |
2 | tbsp | Lemon juice. freshly squeezed |
2 | tbsp | Margarine |
2 | pinch | Paprika |
4 | tbsp | Dill, fresh |
800 | g | Plaice fillet |
Instructions for Citronrødspætter
To prepare the Citronrødspætter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the fish and let it drip well. Roll the fillets twice and put them in an ovenproof dish. Melt the margarine and add lemon juice, dill, salt and spices. Pour the mixture over the fish.
Cover the mold with aloe oil and boil the fish in the oven for 15-20 minutes. At 225 degrees C. alm. Oven until the meat is white and firm.
