Instructions for Cinnamon with warm apple sauce
To prepare the Cinnamon with warm apple sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, preferably with teflon, and add cream and cinnamon sticks. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, put the lid on so there is a small opening, and make sure it does not boil over. Take the cinnamon sticks up and throw them away. Whip egg, sugar and fried lemon shale together to enm airy mass. Pour the souring cinnamon milk and whip all the time. Allow ice cream to cool and whip it occasionally. Run the ice-cream in an ice machine until it's tough, about 30 minutes. Make your apples at a time. Peel the apples, divide them into 4 boats and remove the core house. Cut the boats into thin slices and put them in a small saucepan. Add water and sugar and simmer under lid to a mash for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally and add more water if it boils dry. Taste with more sugar.
