500gWheat flour

Instructions for Christiansfeld honey cake

To prepare the Christiansfeld honey cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Warm the honey and sugar in a saucepan, stirring until the sugar is melted.
Refrigerate the mixture until it is lukewarm.
Beat the eggs lightly together and stir them in, as well as ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, whipping cream and ymer.
