To prepare the Chopstick with turkeyBacon wraps & amp; squashsauté recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir minced meat, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and peppers together. Form the meat to 4 high chopsticks and twist a slice of turkey bacon around. Hold it in place with a toothpick or a pinch. Step the steaks 6-7 minutes on each side at even heat in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut squash into thin slices, cut the slices into slices and slice the rest of the Turkey Bacon into strips. Sauté squash, leeks, turkey bacon and sun-dried tomatoes in a little oil approx. 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve the steak with the sautéed vegetables and potatoes.
