Instructions for Chops with sour rosemary sauce
To prepare the Chops with sour rosemary sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and brown on both sides of oil on a hot pan. Passed at even heat approx. 2-3 min. on every side. Taken and kept warm under algae oil.
Red onions and apples cut into small terns that are spun on the forehead. Rosins, water, lemon juice, sugar and cumin are added and the sauce is boiled for 5 minutes. Corn starch is spread out with 1 tablespoon. Water and sauce are leveled. The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper and poured over the chops.
The cauliflower is divided into bouquets boiling in lather-salted water for 5 minutes. The cauliflower bouquets are drained and swirled in oil on a pan until they get color.
