To prepare the Chops with sour rosemary sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper and brown on both sides of oil on a hot pan. Passed at even heat approx. 2-3 min. on every side. Taken and kept warm under algae oil.
