Ingredients for Chops with almonds and pineapple

1 | tsp | Curry |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
100 | g | Bean sprouts |
200 | g | Finely chopped cabbage |
4 | dl | (Brown) rice |
4 | slices | From canned pineapple (or 140 g fresh pineapple) |
4 | dl | Broth |
4 | Pork chops | |
50 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Chops with almonds and pineapple
To prepare the Chops with almonds and pineapple recipe, please follow these instructions:
The almonds are sliced and chopped roughly. Shake on a dry forehead.
The pineapple slices are sprinkled with curry and fried in oil approx. 1 minute.
The chops were roasted on the same pan approx. 5 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
Sauce:
Bring 3 dl broth into a saucepan and smooth with 1 tablespoon flour whipped in the rest of the broth. Season with salt, pepper and curry and cook well.
Put a slice of pineapple on each cutlet and sprinkle the almonds over. In addition, rice, salad and sauce are served.
