The chocolate is broken and melted in a deep dish over a pot of boiling water. Butter and sugar are stirred white. The egg yolks as well as the melted chocolate are mixed therein. Milk and potato flour as well as baking soda are sifted in and the stewed whites are reversed twice. The dough is filled in a greased spring form sprinkled with raspberries.
