To prepare the Chocolate/cinnamon cake without eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Term all dry ingredients except sugar-in order to avoid lumps. Add sugar. Stir with a pasta spoon (never use an electric mixer) buttermilk in the dough. Pipes eventually melted butter in the batter.

Pour the dough in a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Behind the cake ca. 40 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.

Glsur: icing sugar, cocoa and melted butter is stirred together.

Refrigerate the cake before icing lubricated. Garnish, if desired. with chopped nut kernels or desiccated coconut in the glaze has set itself.
