Ingredients for Chocolate Bread

1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Cocoa |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
450 | g | Wheat flour plus a little for kneading |
Instructions for Chocolate Bread
To prepare the Chocolate Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sift flour and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir salt and sugar in. Stir yeast into the lukewarm water with the oil. Pour the mixture into the flour and mix it with a dough.
Spread the dough on a lightly floured table for 5 minutes or knead it with a stirrer with dough hook. Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover and let the dough raise a warm place for one hour or until it has a double size.
Beat the dough and shape it into a loaf of bread. Place it in a greased form (approximately 1½ liter form) and allow it to rise further for 30 minutes.
Pour the bread in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until it sounds hollow when knocked on it. Place the bread on a grate and let it cool completely. Cut into slices and serve with butter.
