To prepare the Chinese pancakes in recipe, please follow these instructions:
Came the flour in a bowl. Make a recess in the middle and pour the boiling water in it together into a dough Knead.. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest 15 minutes.
Roll the dough out on a floured board. It must be approx. 1/2 cm. thick. The stick-out circles of about 6 cm. (a glass can be used). Brush half of them with oil and put them on top of the upenslede circles.
Scroll the merged circles for pancakes at ca. 15 cm. in diameter. Fry them on a dry hot frying pan for about 1 minute on each side. (Hold them if desired, heat in the oven for open ovndør). Share the pancakes and splashes them with soy immediately before they are eaten.
