Ingredients for Chilipasta 2

Juice + grated to be from 2 eco-lemons
0.5tbspWhole cumin seeds
1canPeeled chopped tomatoes
1tbspLiquid sweetener (or 100 g sugar)
1tbspSalt
1tbspSpidskommen powder
1.5dlApple vinegar or white wine vinegar
140gTomato pasta
2tbspCanola oil
200gOnion
200-250gHot chilli (e.g. fatalii/7 pot/habanero)
3tspAtamon
5cloveGarlic
500gSnack pepper

Instructions for Chilipasta 2

To prepare the Chilipasta 2 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chili, snack pepper, onion and garlic chopped roughly and swirl in the oil in a saucepan.
When the onions are ready add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, cumin powder and salt.
Let the mixture stand and cook for at least 30 minutes.
Chop it all with a rod blender. Stop when you have a thick porridge outside of big chilies, but before it all goes for the mash. Let it boil for another 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
Add lemon juice and peel, whole casserole, sweetener (use regular sugar, boil with other ingredients) and atamon.
Stir well and fill the pasta with a glass of hot water. Also put the cooked lid on the glasses immediately.
