15Peppercorn
2tbspCoriander seeds or 1 tsp bumped
4Bay leaves
4tspSalt
500gFresh chili
7tbspCane sugar

Instructions for Chili pickled

To prepare the Chili pickled recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crack the Chili's and scrape the seeds out. Got them in a pan and pour boiling water over. Let them soak about five minutes.

Came the Chili's, peppercorns, Bay leaves, coriander seeds and salt in a glass.
