Ingredients for Chili pickled
10 | dl | White wine vinegar |
15 | Peppercorn | |
2 | tbsp | Coriander seeds or 1 tsp bumped |
4 | Bay leaves | |
4 | tsp | Salt |
500 | g | Fresh chili |
7 | tbsp | Cane sugar |
Instructions for Chili pickled
To prepare the Chili pickled recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack the Chili's and scrape the seeds out. Got them in a pan and pour boiling water over. Let them soak about five minutes.
Came the Chili's, peppercorns, Bay leaves, coriander seeds and salt in a glass.
Boil sugar and vinegar together, to the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool down and pour it into the chili glass.
Set the pickled chili on ice for about 10 days before serving.
Serve as an accompaniment for both cold and hot dishes.
